全球化下臺日高等教育國際競爭力之探討兼論面對中國大陸的興起與發展

摘要

鑒於全球化的發展趨勢，促使政治、經濟、社會、文化等領域趨向相互影響，對高等教育國際競爭力的發展，也產生了重要的影響，而高等教育國際化背景的主因，在於世界上各個國家在大學發展的趨勢中，提升對於高等教育人才的重視及培育方式的改革，並藉由推動大學國際競爭力，弘揚該國政經、教育文化之內涵，並將國家政策與產業發展趨勢等重要資訊相互整合，因此，藉由政府相關部門與各大學的互相合作，長期規劃以維持其國際競爭力的效益和發展，如此才能創造大學特色並提升高等教育國際競爭力；本文以臺、日以及中國大陸大學發展趨勢為主軸，高等教育國際競爭力為分析論點，分析彼此高等教育國際競爭力對其未來社會之影響，形成相互借鑑之機會，以為我國未來對於提升大學的國際競爭力之參考依據。

Because of the modern tech development, it makes the politics, economy, culture become global interact. It also effects the development of high education international competition. But, the background of high education international competition is the international competition of universities, in order to develop politics, economy, and education feature and integrate the important information of national policy and industries trends. So, with the government related development and universities, to plan a long term plan to keep continues and development. It can add the international competition of high education. This article figures out Taiwan, Japan, Mainland China universities development and high education international competition, to analyze high education international competition effect the industries. It can give a good point to our international competition of high education.
