女性消防員工作性質與家庭網絡關係之探究

國內消防任務繁重，人力面臨窘境，在女性消防人力的投入後，也影響渠等在家庭中的角色扮演及其所面臨之壓力。本文採半結構式訪談法，選取受訪樣本年資至少5年以上並均具有婚姻、養育子女等家庭經驗，質性深入探究女性消防員之工作性質對受訪者家庭互動關係之影響。研究發現對於女性而言，消防工作之高壓性，是造成身心健康欠佳之原因；此外，消防輪休制度也會影響其與家庭關係的親密度；有鑑於此，本文亦提出具體建議未來宜強調消防勤務之專業化，並補足消防人力、改善輪休及津貼等福利，藉由提升CEDAW核心價值，以降低女性消防員工作壓力感受，塑造良好友善之工作環境。

Taiwan's firefighting tasks are heavy. The firefighting workforce is in dire straits. After the input of female firefighting manpower, it also affects their role-playing in the family and the family pressure they face. This paper adopts a semi-structured interview method, and selects interviewees who have at least 5 years of seniority and have family experience such as marriage and raising children. Qualitatively explore the nature of female firefighters' work, and analyze the influence of the interviewees' interaction with their families. The study found that for women, the high-pressure nature of firefighting contributed to poor physical and mental health. In addition, the fire protection rotation system will also affect the intimacy with the family relationship. In view of this, this article specifically suggests that in the future, the specialization of firefighting services should be emphasized, and firefighting manpower should be supplemented, and benefits such as shifts and allowances should be improved. By enhancing the core value of the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), Reduce the work pressure of female firefighters and create a good and friendly working environment.
