摘要

猛禽族群數量大多隨著環境開發而日益減少，雖然有些種類能適應改變後的環境，但絕大多數的猛禽則面臨滅絕的危機。猛禽位於食物金字塔較高位階且需要廣大的活動範圍，能透過其獵物反映該地區的物種群聚結構，在陸域生態系中扮演重要的角色，因此常被視為指標物種用於評估該生態系是否健全。猛禽的食性資料對於研究其生態、管理及保育非常重要。本文將回顧臺灣之猛禽食性研究與分析方法，介紹相關友善農業於保育上之應用案例，並探討如何根據臺灣猛禽食性之特性以應用於友善農業耕作。

Raptors are suffering population declines as the increasing of environmental development. Although some species can adapt to the environmental changes, but most of raptors are endangered. The raptors play an important role in the terrestrial ecosystem. By analyzing of prey items of raptors can also reflect species assemblage structure of the region. Raptors often regarded as the indicator species while assessing the ecosystem. The knowledge of raptor diet is very important to management and conservation. This review article aimed to the current knowledge about food habits of Taiwan raptors. Based on the development of friendly agricultural environment, it is possible to apply these dietary characteristics of raptors to control the pests in farmland.
