摘要


過去廿多年來,研究者已經對兒童的數能力有了相當樂觀的看法,本文的重點在回顧這些研究者對兒童數能力所作的研究,此處的兒童是指學前到小學低年級階段的兒童。整篇文章分爲四部份,首先說明嬰幼兒數能力的起源,然後介紹學前幼兒數能力的發展、小學低年級兒童所發展出的數能力,最後則是對兒童的數能力作成結論,並探討相關的研究問題。

This article reviews evidence about the development of numerical abilities in children. The focus is primarily on major findings related to children's acquisition of numbers.
