高雄市公立幼兒園教師實施閩南語教學與教師自我效能之研究

摘要


本研究探討高雄市幼兒園教師實施閩南語教學現況與教師自我效能,採問卷調查法,對象為114位高雄市公立幼兒園教師,根據文獻探討發展自編問卷,以瞭解閩南語教學現況與教師自我效能,研究結果如下:一、高雄市幼兒園教師實施閩南語教學之現況。(一)高雄市閩南語教學實施方式多採部份沉浸式教學。(二)教師實施閩南語教學最多使用市售閩南語教材,其選擇上最重要的依據為「生活化」及「生動有趣」。(三)教師平均使用4-5種策略進行多元化閩南語教學,最常使用的策略為「帶動唱」及「與幼兒對話」。(四)「教師不習慣使用閩南語教學」、「幼兒及家長閩南語能力落差太大」、「學校閩南語環境不佳、教學資源不足」為幼兒園教師實施閩南語教學遭遇最大之困難。二、整體教師自我效能呈現中等偏良好程度,就自我效能之兩向度而言,教師一般教學效能高於個人教學效能。

The study aims to explore the implementation of Taiwanese teaching and teacher self-efficacy by preschool teachers in Kaohsiung City. This study adopts the questionnaire survey method, which is targeted at 114 Kaohsiung public preschool teachers. According to the literature, the self-made questionnaires are developed to understand the current situation of Taiwanese teaching and the self-efficacy of teachers. The research results are as follows: 1. Current situation of preschool teachers in Kaohsiung City implementing the teaching of Taiwanese. (1) Kaohsiung City's Taiwanese teaching implementation method is part immersion method. (2) Teachers use the most widely used textbooks for the sale of Taiwanese. The most important basis for their selection is "living" and "lively and interesting". (3) On average, teachers use 4-5 strategies to diversify the teaching of Taiwanese. The most commonly used strategies are "to sing" and "talk to children".(4) "Teachers are not accustomed to using Taiwanese teaching", "Children and parents have a huge gap in their ability to speak Taiwanese", "The school has a poor environment in Taiwanese, and the teaching resources are insufficient". The most difficult problem for preschool teachers to implement Taiwanese teaching . 2. The overall self-efficacy of teachers is moderately good. In terms of the two dimensions of self-efficacy, teachers' general teaching effectiveness is higher than individual teaching effectiveness.
