以拉式補貨強化供應鏈績效之模擬研究

Enhancing performance of Supply Chain with Demand-Pull inventory management-A Simulation Experiment Study

摘要


低庫存量但維持高交貨率是供應鏈管理的首要目標,供應鏈補貨管理常在拉式補貨或推式補貨之間擇一而行。很多的學術論文證實拉式補貨在某些特定的情況下比推式補貨表現更為卓越,在實務上也獲得許多成功案例驗證,但實際上拉式補貨仍未能普遍被業者使用。很多管理者對拉式補貨缺乏認識,並對其績效沒有信心,因此拉式補貨仍未能被業者普遍使用。若能讓企業人士由模擬實驗中親身體驗需求系統的績效,進而於實務上採用拉式補貨,是一快速又節省成本的有效方法,因此本研究在模擬實驗中驗證拉式補貨有良好的供應鏈績效,協助實驗者排除拉式補貨的使用障礙。

The primary goals in supply chain management are high delivery hit rate and lower inventory level. Either the pull or push replenishment strategy is an effectiveway for the replenishment management. Although the pull replenishment strategy in some particular conditions has been verified to be superior to the push one in many previous academic papers and practical cases, the pull replenishment is not widely employed in universal industry. According to our research and surveys, in addition to the lack of understanding of the pull replenishment strategy, lots of managers actually do not have enough confidence regarding the performance of the pull replenishment, therefore, thus far the pull replenishment has not be commonly used in industry. In order to effectively promote the pull system in the practical management of the supply chain, it is a good way to let the participant practice aneasy simulation in the pull system of supply chain replenishment. In this study, the simulation demonstrated that the Theory of Constrain pull system is a fast and cost-effective method, and can helps managers to enhance the performance of supply chain using pull system.
