鋯酸鋇摻雜三價銪離子(BaZrO_3:Eu^(3+))之螢光粉合成與材料特性研究

摘要


本研究利用溶膠-凝膠法成功地製備出了鋯酸鋇摻雜三價銪離子之螢光粉。在X光粉末繞射儀(XRD)的分析中,證實了鋯酸鋇摻雜三價銪離子之螢光粉為立方晶系的鈣鈦礦結構。在場發射掃描電子顯微鏡(FE-SEM)的分析中可以觀察到鋯酸鋇摻雜三價銪離子之螢光粉的形貌呈現不規則的球形與方形的形態分佈。在螢光光譜儀(PL)的分析中可以了解鋯酸鋇摻雜三價銪離子之螢光粉的光譜特性,在激發光譜中指出激發波峰的峰值位於228.6nm,且峰值符合價電荷轉移能階躍遷,而在放射光譜中指出放射波峰的峰值位於440.6nm,且峰值符合^5D_2→^7F_1 的能階躍遷,並呈現藍光放射。

This study developed a trivalent europium ions doped barium zirconate phosphor using the sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction spectroscopy confirmed that the crystal structure of the resulting phosphor complies with that of the cubic perovskite system. Field-emission scanning electron microscopic images reveal that the morphology of the phosphor comprises irregular spheres and cubes. Finally, the excitation spectrum of the phosphor exhibits a peak located at 228.6 nm, conforming to the charge transition state. The emission spectrum shows a peak at 440.6 nm, conforming to the ^5D_2→^7F_1 transition, such that the proposed phosphor radiates blue light.
