便秘之中醫會診病例報告
A Case Report of the Treatment of constipation with Chinese Medicine
摘要
這個86歲的男性病患，有CAD（Coronary Artery Disease）、Heart failure、Parkinson disease等病史，除此之外，還患有慢性便秘十多年，長期服用西藥軟便劑，大便二日一行，成形，近半年因便秘情形加重，必須一天服六顆軟便劑（dulcolax）才能解便。此次住院檢查出心跳緩慢：32下/分、血壓偏低：89/29mmHg、Ejection:40~45%，經西醫處治療都恢復，但多日不解便，且腹脹甚、納差等症狀，經中醫辨證論治後，給予煎劑一帖，隔天即排便多行，便軟散，排氣多，腹脹消退，納差亦改善。
