眩暈－中醫治療病例報告
Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment on Dizziness: A Case Report
摘要
眩暈是一個十分困擾的主訴，此症狀影響病人日常生活甚劇，西醫認為眩暈與內耳半規管不平衡以及椎底動脈血流量不足有關。對眩暈的治療中醫有它優良的臨床療效，今報導一個67歲女性，頭眩欲嘔、步伐不穩三天，納差，舌胖質青紫，脈促尺弱，診斷為脾腎陽虛，使用中醫治療完全治癒。

Dizziness is a disturbing symptom which affects patients' daily activity. Vertigo is caused by vestibular and labyrinthine dysfunction while faintness is caused by insufficient vertebral-basilar artery flow. Traditional Chinese medicine has outstanding clinical effectiveness in treating dizziness. Our case study is a 67 years-old female. She suffered from vertigo and nausea with unsteady gait for three days. Poor appetite was told. The tongue was bluish-purple and large. The pulse was fast and weak. The diagnosis is deficient spleen and kidney yang. The patient's vertigo is cured after taking Chinese medicine.
