中藥組方“黃白液”對復發性生殖器疱疹患者細胞免疫功能的影響
The Curative Efects on Treatment of Recurrent Genital Herpes by Huangbai Liquid
摘要
Objective: To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Huangbai LiquID (HL) Methods: 73 cases with recurrent genital herpes（RGH）were divided into two groups: HL group of 54 cases and Aciclovir group of 19 cases randomly. IL-2 and slL-2R expressions in peripheral blood were studied before and after treatment by ELISA; CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/ CD8+ were studied by Flow Cytometer. 30 cases in the placebo group are tested as well. Results: The CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/ CD8+、IL-2、slL-2R of all cases in HL group improved significantly (P＜0.05), and there is no change in Aciclovir group. Conclusion: One of the mechanism of HL is to regulate the cellular immune function of patients.
