帕金森氏症中醫治療病例報告

Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment on Parkinson's Disease: A Case Report

摘要


此85歲賴女士過去曾有中風,失憶,帕金森氏症,骨質疏鬆(-3.2)等病史。此病患巴金森氏症多年,有持續服西藥控制中。來院初診主訴是手腳不受控制抽動,及口流涎不止,四肢厥冷,大便不暢。脈右沉細弦,左寸較弱無力,舌淡紅苔白 津多,苔裂。中醫診斷為腎陽虛衰兼腸躁,治療以溫補腎陽爲主,兼潤腸通便,服中藥1個月後已無流涎情況,四肢回溫。

An 85-year-old female has suffered from stroke, loss of memory, Parkinson's disease and osteoporosis (-3.2). She has been suffered from Parkinson's disease for many years and has been taking Western medication. During her first visit, her chief complaints are involuntary muscle contraction, drooling, cold sensation at four limbs and constipation. Her right pulse is deep, fine and wiry. Her left cun pulse is weak. Her tongue is pink with white and moist coating and cracks. Her TCM diagnosis is deficiency of kidney yang with intestine fire. The treatment focuses on warm and supplement kidney yang as well as moist the intestine to facilitate bowel movement. After one month of TCM herbs, her drooling is stopped, and the temperature of her four limbs is normal.
