Common factors that cause male infertility are impaired sperm production, impaired sperm delivery, and testosterone deficiency. In this article, we report a case of dysspermia, asthenospermia and oligospermia. After receiving 5 months of traditional Chinese herbal treatment, this patient showed normal motility and morphologic study in semen analysis. By presenting this case, we herein discuss the differences of treatment and effects between modern western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for male infertility.
