A 42-year-old female patient has history of stomach ulcer for 4 years. She had allopathic treatments, but symptoms were on and off. She feels heartburn, tenderness and oppression on the chest, dizziness, poor appetite and stomachache. She feels nervous easily, and her stomach problems usually can be triggered when she is stressed out or improper diet. She suffers from heartburn after she eated sweet stuff. Her sleep is light with abundant dreams. She often burps during her sleep. The patient also suffers from dismenorrhea and leucorrhea with dry mouth, bitter taste, and halitosis. Her tongue has toothmarks and is pink with white thick and greasy coating. The pulse is fine and weak.
