三仙脫力丹治療慢性疲勞綜合征的臨床及實驗研究

摘要

目的：評價三仙脫力丹對慢性疲勞綜合征的療效及對動物抗疲勞的藥理效應。方法：對60例慢性疲勞綜合征患者採用三仙脫力丹治療，進行療效及安全性臨床觀察，還進行耐缺氧、抗疲勞作用及對免疫功能影響的試驗。結果：臨床觀察三仙脫力丹對慢性疲勞綜合征有明顯的治療作用，臨床恢復率46.67%，總顯效率爲86.67%，總有效率爲100%。藥效試驗表明該藥有抗疲勞、耐缺氧、增強體質、增加運動耐力和增強免疫功能的作用。結論：三仙脫力丹具有較好的抗疲勞效應，是治療慢性疲勞綜合征的有效治療性藥物。

Object: To assess the effectiveness of SanXianTuoLiDan on chronic fatigue syndrome and the effect of anti-fatigue in animals.Method: 60 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome received treatment with SanXianTuoLiDan. Different tests such as oxygen-tolerance, anti-fatigue and immune function has been performed as well as observation of the efficacy and safety.Result: The clinical observation shows SanXianTuoLiDan has significant efficacy on chronic fatigue syndrome. Clinical recovery rate is 46.67%, overall efficacy is 86.67%, and overall effectiveness is 100%. Pharmacological test shows the medication anti-fatigue, anti-anaerobic, enhancing and improving endurance and enhancing immunity.Conclusion: SanXianTuoLiDan has better anti-fatigue ability and is an effective medication for treating chronic fatigue syndrome.
