資訊科技與知識管理能力之配合對組織效能影響之研究

Management Capability on Organizational Performance

摘要


本研究探討資訊科技及知識管理能力等因素對組織效能的影響作用,並以實施知識管理具成效的高科技公司(機構)作為實證對象,總共發放350份問卷有效回收199份有效回收率為56.85%。重要的研究發現包括:1.資訊科技適當的運用對組織效能有顯著影響;2.知識管理能力(知識基礎能力及知識程序能力)對組織效能有顯著影響;3.資訊科技與知識管理能力之配合對所有組織效能變項有顯著差異。

We explore the effect s of information technology and knowledge management capability on organizational performance, and we target high-technology companies with success executing knowledge management for verification of our theory. From a total of 350 surveys requests, we have successfully received 199 replies with a successful reply rate of 56.85%. Key research findings involve: 1.Information technology has a significant influence on organizational performance when applied effectively; 2.Knowledge management capability (fundamental knowledge and procedural knowledge capability) has a significant effect on organizational performance; 3.The coordination between knowledge management capability and information technology along with its level of involvement has obvious difference on organizational performance.
