多國籍企業技術移轉之程度對經營績效影響之研究－以美日在臺子公司為例

摘要

技術是多國籍企業對外投資經營的利器，必須藉由技術移轉的方式取得所需的關鍵技術，進而擁有自行研發技術的能力。另外品管理念雖對經營績效有所影響且深植於企業核心中，但各企業對於品管重視及改進的程度卻是有所不同。於是本研究建立以技術提供者與技術接受者特質為自變數，品管理念為干擾變數以及經營績效為因變數的研究架構與研究假說。針對68家美日在台電子業子公司（問卷發出200份，有效樣本回收率34%）進行實證研究。在主效果驗證方面，技術移轉的程度越高，越能提升主客觀經營績效。在交互作用方面，得悉技術收授雙方若對品管理念的重視程度愈高，就越能強化技術移轉之程度對經營績效的正向影響據此本研究建議技術移轉收授雙方應注重目標技術之相關資訊、企業內部資源整合與管理能力、溝通管道的便利、後績技術研發，同時輔以品管理念的重視，俾有利於國際技術移轉增加經營績效。

Therefore, the structure of this study is how technology provider and accepter as the independent variables affect performance as dependent variables. Form the evidence of the main effect, the higher degree of technological transfer, the belter subjective and objective performance of management can improve.This study can be concluded as by focusing target techniques of related information, integrating resources and management ability, having facility of communication channel, developing technology can be benefit to transfer international technology and improve performance as well.
