摘要

隨著高速鐵路的興建完成及高鐵車站特定區的開發，為快速運送旅客往返旅行目的地，同時促進高鐵新市鎮的開發，吸引居住及工商活動人口，實有需要儘速進行各高鐵車站的聯外大眾運輸建設。本文主要在說明依據各高鐵車站大眾運輸需求之旅次量預測結果所進行的各項聯外軌道系統規劃概況，並以高速銷路搭配各聯外軌道運輸系統後所能帶來運輸的便利性與快捷性，來闡述台灣西部一日生活圈實現的可行。

Following the completion of High Speed Rail (HSR) construction and the development of HSR Station district area, it is needed to proceed the public access transportation system of HSR stations to transport passengers between their destinations, to enhance the HSR new community developments and to attract inhabitants and commercial populations. Depending on the results of ridership forecast of each HSR station, this article will mainly express the planning outlines of the access railway system for HSR stations, and depict the possibility to realize the one-day life circle in Taiwan western corridor by the convenience and rapidity brought by HSR accompanying with each access railway transportation system.
