國際專案管理知識體中範疇管理之綜合研析

On a Comprehensive Research and Analysis for the Scope Management in the Project Management Body of Knowledge

摘要


專案管理近期以來不論在實務上或學術上均引起世人廣泛的討論與應用,在專案的早期完成專案章程後,就必須開始進行專案範疇管理的工作,因此確實而有效率的範疇管理,就是專案成功的基石。依據國際專案管理知識質量之流程架構,範疇管理包括五項管理流程:分別為收集需求、定義範疇、建立工作分解結構、驗證範疇及控制範疇。本文即以系統的角度,來探討專案範疇管理,除依序介紹每一個管理流程的特性外,特別針對一般實務中較難執行的工作分解結構做詳細的說明,並以新建休閒渡假飯店實例來闡述工作分解結構在專業管理中所擔任的角色及其重要性。最後,提出一個系統化的專案範疇管理流程方塊圖,並提供流程綜合研析,可使讀者對於專案範疇管理有更深入的了解,並更容易應用於實務的工作中。

Recently, Project Management has drawn extensive discussion and application, no matter in the practice or academic aspect, by many practitioners and researchers. During the early stage of the project management processes, after the development of the Project Charter, the Project Scope Management should be introduced and proceeded. Hence, Consolidated and efficient project scope management is a basis for the success of project management. According to the processes frame in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), there are five Management Processes in Project Scope Management, which include Collect Requirement, Define Scope, Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Very Scope, and Control Scope. In the paper, a systematic point of view is employed to investigate the Project Scope Management. In addition to introduce the Characteristics for each management process, the paper will address the work breakdown structure in detail which is a difficult part in practice work and propose an illustrative construction project of a new resort hotel to describe the role and importance of the work breakdown structure in the project management. Finally, a systematic block diagram for the project scope management processes is also included and a comprehensive research and analysis is provided to facilitate the knowledge and application of professional practice in the Project Scope Management for the readers.
