摘要

將7-Eleven以一流企業的型態，讓消費者與世界的品牌與服務同步（7-Eleven，2000）。本研究目的為探討7-Eleven便利商店服務品質現況分析與差異性考驗。採隨機抽樣，共發出204份問卷，有效回收率為100%。研究主要結論為：「職業」方面，在「便利性」構面上，「學生」大於「工、商」，在「美觀性」構面上，「服務業」、「學生」、「自由業」大於「工、商」，在「整體服務品質」構面上，「服務業」、「學生」大於「工、商」。「月薪」方面，在「方便性」構面上，「$25,001～$30000元」大於「$20,000元（含）以下」、「$30,001～40,000元」。「教育程度」方面，在「實體環境」構面上，「專科或大學以上」大於「高中職」。在「便利性」構面上，「專科或大學以上」大於「國中（含）以下」。在「方便性」構面上，「專科或大學以上」大於「高中職（含）以下」。在「美觀性」構面上，「高中職以上」大於「國中（含）以下」。在「整體服務品質」構面上，「專科或大學以上」大於「高中職（含）以下」。研究建議為：1.加強座位數量與裝潢設計；2.聘用或訓練實體環境較高的員工。

The study concluded: ”Occupation” field, in the ”facility” constitutive, the ”students” was greater than ”industrial” and ”commercial”, in the ” aesthetics ” constitutive, ”service”, ”student”, ”free industry ”was greater than ”industrial” and ”commercial”, in the ”the total service quality” constitutive, ”service”, ”student” was greater than ”industrial” and ”commercial”. ”Salary” field, in the ”convenience” constitutive, ”$ 25,001 to $ 30,000” was greater than ”less than $ 20,000 (inclusive)”, ”$ 30,001 to $ 40,000. ”Education” field, in the ”physical environment” constitutive, ”the specialist or university above” was greater than ”senior high school”, in the ”facility” constitutive, ”the specialist or university above” was greater than ”junior (inclusive), in the ”convenience” constitutive, ”the specialist or university above,” was greater than ”less the senior high school”, in the ”aesthetics” constitutive, ”senior high school above” was greater than ”junior (inclusive), in the ”the total service quality” constitutive, ”the specialist or university above,” was greater than ”less the senior high school (inclusive)”. Research proposals: 1. Enhance the number of seats and decoration design; 2. Employ staff or training in the physical environment.
