大專生對麥當勞滿意度之研究~以崇右技術學院為例~

The Study of College Students MacDonald Satisfaction: Example for Chungyu Institute of Technology

摘要


現代人生活忙碌,飲食上追求美味、便利以及快速,而麥當勞便成為現代人所喜愛的選擇之一,餐點推陳出新、多樣化、酥脆可口恰到好處,麥當勞也分為早、午餐,早餐會選擇推出較不油膩的食物提供給消費者,不管是上班族、學生或是孩童,都能安心選擇。探討大專生對麥當勞滿意度之研究的現況分析、差異考驗以及提供業者建議。本研究以問卷調查法,採隨機抽樣,共發出250份問卷,有效回收率100%,研究主要結論為:零用金方面,在「室內裝潢」、「選擇多樣」、「環境品質」及「整體顧客滿意度」構面,「3,501元以上(含)」大於「2,501元至3,500元」。科系方面,在「服務品質」構面,達顯著水準。研究建議:結合FACEBOOK打卡給予其他優惠,以及增加甜心卡使用期限。

Modern people live bustle, in the diet pursues the delicacy, is convenient as well as is fast, but MacDonald then becomes one of choices which the modern people like, meal the spot weeds through the old to bring forth the new crisply, the diversification, delicious just right, MacDonald also divides into the breakfast and lunch, the leadership breakfast meeting chooses promotes not greasy food to provide to the consumer, no matter is the office worker, the student perhaps the child, all can choose relieved. This research adopted questionnaire survey, random sampling, altogether sends out 250 questionnaire, effective returns-ratio 100%. The main conclusion was: Petty cash, in "the indoor decorates", "choose" and "the environment quality" and "total customer's satisfaction "factor, "above 3,501 dollars" was more than "2,501-3,500 dollars". The department, in "the services quality" factor, achieves the significant level. The suggestion: combine FACEBOOK to beat the card to give other special discounts, and increase the sweet heart card use term. Research recommendations: (a) Unifies FACEBOOK to hit the card to give other preferential benefits (b) Increases the sweetheart card life
