探討貿易商供應管理狀態與營運績效之關係

Exploring Relationship of Supply Management Status and Operating Performance for the Traders

摘要


近幾年由於互聯網之興起,造成跨境貿易方式改變。而供應鏈最重要的是供應經理人和內部顧客之間的連結。這些利益關係人必須合作共同來決定採購價格、發展外包策略、確定供應商績效,以及維持有效的供應鏈關係。因此,他們應用權力和社會網絡理論,來發展並檢視本研究觀念化模式,以檢視供應管理功能狀態、供應主管之網絡行為、內部合作關係,以及營運績效(營運績效及關係績效)。我們也檢視他們的合作關係和供應管理狀態對營運績效是否有正向影響。本研究根據問卷施測和實證分析,重要結論有:1.供應者狀態、內部合作關係和營運績效等變數之信度指標都符合高信度指標要求。2.供應者狀態與合作關係,營運績效及關係績效之間呈現顯著正相關。3.供應者狀態愈好將提升合作關係,實證結果支持H1假說。4.供應者狀態愈好將提升營運績效,實證結果支持H2-1假說。5.供應者狀態愈好將提升關係績效,實證結果支持H2-2假說。6.合作關係愈好,則營運績效愈佳,實證結果支持H3-1假說。7.合作關係愈好,則關係績效愈佳,實證結果支持H3-2假說。以及8.性別、年齡及婚姻狀況等背景變數在各研究變數上都沒有顯著性差異,只有教育程度對供應者狀態、合作關係及營運績效有顯著性差異。最後,從上述研究結論發現,供應者狀態和合作關係對營運績效是有顯著性影響之間。而不同教育程度之貿易商在供應者狀態、合作關係和營運績效等變數之看法也有顯著性差異。

The rise of Internet in recent years has changed cross -border trading. The most important in a supply chain is the connection between the supply management and his internal customers. These stakeholders must work together to determine the purchasing price, develop outsourcing strategy, determine supplier performance, and maintain an effective supply chain relationship. Therefore, they use power and social networking theory to develop and examine the model, including examination of supply management status, supply management's internet behavior, internal working relationship, and operating performance (with relationship performance), used in this study. We also examine their working relationship to see if supply management status has a positive effect on operating performance. Through empirical analysis from questionnaires, this study reveals that: 1. Supplier status, internal working relationship and operating performance all within high reliability standards. 2. There is a positive correlation between supplier status and working relationship also operating performance and relationship performance. 3. Better supplier status will elevate working relationship, and this satisfies H1 hypothesis. 4. Better supplier status will elevate operating performance, and this satisfies H2-1 hypothesis. 5. Better supplier status will elevate relationship performance, and this satisfies H2 -2 hypothesis. 6. The better the working relationship, the better the operating performance, and this satisfies H3-1 hypothesis. 7. The bet ter the working relationship, the better the relationship performance, and this satisfies H3 -2 hypothesis. 8. Gender, age and marital status have no significant effect on any research parameters, only educational level has significant effect on supplier status, working relationship and operating performance. Finally, from the above research results we find that supplier status and working relationship have significant effects on operating performance, and traders with different educational level have significantly different views on supplier status, working relationship and operating performance. Therefore, this study suggests traders must find methods to elevate supplier status in order to improve working relationship and operating performance.
