摘要

近年來，世界各國政府積極推動綠色金融，其主要內容包括：資本市場融資、人才培養、授信、投資、推動綠色金融產品或服務的深化發展、資訊揭露、綠色永續發展理念的推廣。在台灣，推動永續發展的目標在於協助綠能產業取得相關業務發展所需資金，落實環境、社會、企業政府（Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance; ESG）永續發展。另一方面，2019年底至2020年初COVID-19肺炎疫情引起全球恐慌，使得2020年初全球股巿雪崩式崩盤，2020年底全球經濟景氣才悄悄回溫，2022年初又爆發俄烏戰爭，2022年COVID-19肺炎疫情的延燒更來到另一波的高鋒，各級學校採線上教學、各式生活採智能化零接觸方式進行已成常態，在所有教育體系之基礎的幼兒園其智能化的可行性與實施步、智能化資金需求評估是本研究之重點。

Recently, governments around the world have actively promoted green finance, the main contents of which include: credit granting, investment, capital market financing, talent training, promoting the deepening of green financial products or services, information disclosure, and promotion of the concept of green and sustainable development. The goal of promoting sustainable development in Taiwan is to assist the green energy industry to obtain relevant funds for business development, promote the independent operation of the financial market, and support the green energy industryto implement the environment, society, and enterprises. Government (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance; ESG) sustainable development activities. On the other hand, from the end of 2019 to the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 pneumonia epidemic caused global panic. This wave of economic volcanic eruptions caused by non-economic factors caused the global stock market to collapse in an avalanche in early 2020. The global economic boom quietly recovered at the end of 2020, and the Russian-Ukrainian war broke out in early 2022. In 2022, COVID-19 the spread of the pneumonia epidemic become seriously. It has become the norm for schools at all levels to adopt online teaching and intelligent zero-contact methods for various kinds of life. The feasibility of smart campusin kindergartens, which the basis of all education systems, is assessed and developing implementation steps and intelligent funding needs assessment are the focus of this research.
