This paper adopts the questionnaire survey, review some students and people of outside campus. Investigating their preference and acceptance degree of electronic books and printed books. We find, first, the preference of electronic books and real purchase electronic books do not significantly affect the reading time of E-books rather than printed books. Second, the preference of electronic book and real purchase electronic book do not significantly affectthe budget of purchase and usage count of printed book. Third, the preference of electronic book and real purchase electronic bookssignificantly affect the point of view for both population of E-books and give up printed books due to the preference of E-books.
