白藜蘆醇對降低氧化傷害之探討

The lowering effects of resveratrol on oxidative damage

摘要


白藜蘆醇(resveratrol)主要是存在於葡萄和葡萄酒中的多酚類化合物,為一種脂溶性物質,常堆積在心、肝、腎等器官中,具有抗發炎、抗氧化、抗凝血、抗癌等作用。研究顯示白藜蘆醇可以清除自由基、減緩脂質過氧化反應、協助膽固醇新陳代謝作用、誘導細胞凋亡、增加粒線體數目、保護粒線體功能、提升運動機能,並抑制氧化壓力、活性氧之生成,表示白藜蘆醇具有降低氧化壓力之效,可以減緩高強度運動訓練後所引起之氧化傷害。因此,教練及選手們可多了解白藜蘆醇對氧化壓力之相關功效,期望可以將白藜蘆醇應用於運動訓練過程之中,以減低高強度訓練過程所造成之氧化性傷害對健康之影響。

Resveratrol is mainly present in the grape and wine polyphenols, is a fat-soluble substance, often accumulated at heart, liver, kidney and other organs, has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, anti-platelet, anti-cancer effects and so on. Studies have shown that resveratrol can scavenge free radicals, slowing lipid peroxidation, help cholesterol metabolism, induction of apoptosis, increasing the number of mitochondria, protecting mitochondrial function, improve motor function, and inhibition of oxidative stress, reactive oxygen species the generation, showing that resveratrol can reduce oxidative stress and prevent oxidative damage after high-intensity exercise training. Therefore, coaches and players can learn more about the effects of resveratrol on oxidative stress, hoping resveratrol can be applied to sports training, in order to reduce high-intensity training process of oxidative damage caused to influence health.
