影響生命末期兒童的父母緩和醫療決策的因素

摘要

本研究為兒童生命末期，影響父母緩和醫療決策因素之質性實證研究：目的在了解影響父母決策的複雜因素，有助於醫療人員與父母之間的溝通，使兒童緩和醫療能夠早期介入，避免父母因憂鬱、壓力做出負面的決策，造成遺憾的結果。以PICo形成問題關鍵宇：pediatric、Children、hospice、palliative、end-of-life care、parents、decision making，搜尋在2006至2016年間PubMed、MEDLINE、CINAHL、ERIC、Science Direct (SDOL)等資料庫文獻，以Adapted from Polit and Beck在2006年發展的critical appraisal checklist qualitative research評讀文獻證據等級後，搜集四篇文獻中的主題(Theme)概念，審查結果有17個主題，經主題分析，歸納整理出兒童生命末期父母對緩和醫療決策的三個主題(Theme)，影響因素包括「溝通」、「面對生死的態度」及「信仰的影響」。
