摘要

流感疫苗接種是政府重大宣導政策，可預防流感重症發生，統計2014至2017年施打率偏低，主要原因：流感疫苗施打流程繁瑣、不清楚流感施打的重要性，院方無便民政策進行、護理人員未加強衛教與宣導、與過去的施打經驗不佳等，經修訂單位流感疫苗注射流程單、建立病患快速注射窗口、護理人員在職教育訓練課程、張貼流感疫苗施打宣導海報、提供疫苗注射衛教單張、藉由流感疫苗施打多媒體短片、病患團體衛教宣導。實施後流感施打率32.1%提升到60.4%，降低罹病風險及嚴重併發症，專案成效以做為其他單位之參考。

Influenza vaccination is one of the major publicity policies of the government, and it is important to prevent the occurrence of severe influenza. Statistics on the low rate of administration from 2014 to 2017 are mainly due to the cumbersome flu vaccine injection process, the lack of awareness of the importance of flu injection, the lack of convenience policies of the hospitals, and the failure of nurses to strengthen health education and advocacy, as well as poor experience, etc. We revised the unit influenza vaccine schedule sheet, established a quick injection window for patients, on-the-job education and training courses for nursing staff, posted promotional posters for influenza vaccine injection, provided vaccination health education leaflets, provided influenza vaccine injection multimedia videos, and organized patient group health education lectures. After the implementation, the flu vaccine injection rate increased from 32.1% to 60.4%, and then reduce the risk of illness and serious complications. The effectiveness of this project is used as a reference for other units.
