提升康復病房抽痰壓力表採檢培養合格率

Qualification Rate-Improvement of the Sampling Inspection for the Cultivation of Sputum Suction Machine in the Transitional Care Unit

摘要


2018年9月至2019年4月感控中心針對醫療設備進行微生物培養及生物冷光反應法採檢,本單位抽痰壓力表微生物培養採檢平均合格率為27.5%、生物冷光反應法採檢平均合格率為2.5%,名列16個單位中最後一名,故引發動機進行此專案。本專案目的為提升抽痰壓力表採檢培養合格率,透過規範抽痰壓力表清潔頻率納入單位5S小組負責項目中並稽核,拍攝清潔影片供人員進行一致性清潔步驟、完成手部衛生教育、稽核抽痰技術流程、規範助理員更換痰液收集軟袋時需逐床更換手套並加強手部衛生以達成專案目的,2019年5月至11月微生物培養合平均合格率為90%;生物冷光反應法平均合格率為80%,確實提升抽痰壓力表採檢培養合格率。

From September 2018 to April 2019, the infection control center conducted aerobic bacterial count and adenosine triphosphate bioluminescence (ATP) inspection for medical equipment. The average pass rate of microbial cultivation and detection by suction machine in this unit is 27.5%, and the average pass rate of ATP bioluminescence is 2.5%. Through a variety of improvement measures, including discussion with infection control nurses about the timing, frequency, and steps of cleaning sputum suction machine ; Planning 5S team personnel to benchmark units to observe and learn the sputum suction machine cleaning videos after learning to let unit staff know the cleaning steps ; Standardize the cleaning frequency of sputum suction machine into the unit's 5S team and audit; hand hygiene education; audit the suction process to achieve the purpose. From May to November 2019, the average qualification rate of the microbial cultivation and the ATP bioluminescence was 90% and 80%.
