摘要

新型冠狀病毒疾病COVID-19（Coronavirus Disease-2019）帶來很多的衝擊與影響，維持醫院防疫物資穩定供應安全使用，更是重要的課題之一。本文分享疫情期間採購中心、物流中心、護理單位的困難與應變。相關團隊密切溝通討論，安然度過每個缺貨的危機，讓醫護人員能在防疫物資供給不虞匱乏下安心抗疫。期望此經驗能作為相關應變措施之參考。

Coronavirus Disease-19 (Coronavirus Disease-2019) has brought many impacts and impacts, and maintaining the stable supply and safe use of epidemic prevention materials in hospitals is one of the important issues. This article shares the difficulties and strains of procurement centers, logistics centers, and nursing units during the epidemic. The relevant teams communicate and discuss closely, safely survive each crisis of shortage of goods, so that medical staff can fight the epidemic with peace of mind without fear of shortage of epidemic prevention materials. This experience will serve as a reference for relevant contingency measures.
