A Nursing Care Experience of Patients after Heart Transplantation

摘要

心臟移植術後患者可能面臨身、心及社會層面的困擾，影響術後生活品質，導致患者醫療行為的遵從性低，增加醫療負擔。因此本文就排斥照護、手術後感染護理、飲食注意事項、復健運動、症狀困擾照護，做文獻整理，希望提供醫護人員參考，協助心臟移植術後患者能有正確觀念，促進身、心、社會層面的健康發展。

Patients after heart transplantation may face physical, psychological and social distress, which affects the quality of life after surgery, leads to low compliance of medical orders, and increases the medical cost. This article summarizes the literatures in terms of rejection of nursing care, post-operative infection, diet precautions, rehabilitation exercises, and symptom-distress for medical professionals. It is expected that this article contributes to provide correct information of patients after heart transplantation and improve their physical, psychological and social aspects of health.
