照顧一位左側頂葉腫瘤病人術後之護理經驗

摘要

本文描述一位62歲男性因腦腫瘤術後合併右側肢體偏癱，導致個案面對疾病所引發身體功能喪失，產生身體、心理問題的護理經驗，故引發筆者之動機。護理期間為照護期間為2021年11月26日至2021年11月30日，以會談、觀察、身體評估等方式收集資料，採用Gordon十一項功能性健康型態評估，分析主要健康問題為急性疼痛、身體活動功能障礙、焦慮。護理過程中，筆者與個案建立信任的護病關係，運用音樂療法減輕個案身、心理健康問題；結合醫療團隊資源與個案及家屬共同擬定復建計畫，並在個案努力完成復健運動時，給予正向的回饋與支持。希望藉此護理經驗以提供護理人員照顧此類病人之參考，以提供臨床照護之應用。

This article describes the nursing experience of a 62-year-old man who suffered from right-sided hemiplegia after brain tumor surgery leading to the patient faced the loss of body functions and physical and psychological problems caused by the disease, which inspired the author. The care period is from November 26, 2021 to November 30, 2021. Data are collected through interviews, observations, physical assessments, etc. Gordon's eleven functional health type assessments are used to analyze the main health problems as acute Pain, physical activity dysfunction, anxiety. During the nursing process, the author established a trusting nursing relationship with the patient, used music therapy to alleviate the patient's physical and mental health problems, utilized the resources of the medical team, worked with the patient and their family members to formulate a rehabilitation plan, assisted the patient in performing rehabilitation exercises, and provided Encourage, affirm and provide positive support. It is hoped that this nursing experience can provide nurses with a reference for caring for such patients and provide clinical care applications.
