Mosston's命令式、練習式、互惠式教學形式對壘球擲準學習效果之比較研究

The Comparison of Learning Effects on Mosston's Command, Practice and Reciprocal Teaching Styles in Softball Tossing Accuracy

摘要


目的:本研究在探討Mosston''''s體育教學光譜中命令式、練習式和互惠式三種不同的教學形式對大學生壘球擲準學習效果之影響。方法:以亞洲大學九十四學年度第二學期大學部二年級體育課興趣壘球選項組之學生作爲研究對象,隨機分爲三組,每組十五名,共四十五名,各組於正式上課第二週以壘球擲準之測驗,所得成績爲前測成績,實施十週每週一次兩小時壘球擲準教學後,將各學生壘球擲準的前後測成績,以相依樣本t考驗及單因子變異數分析,探討三種教學形式的教學效果之差異情形。結果:一、命令式、練習式及互惠式三種不同教學形式對壘球擲準教學,經十週的教學後,各組學生在擲準技能上前後成績具有顯著之學習效果。二、命令式、練習式及互惠式三種不同教學形式對壘球擲準教學效果具有顯著差異,其中練習式教學形式明顯優於命令式與互惠式。結論:本研究結果顯示,就教學形式而言,練習式的教學形式在學生壘球擲準教學的學習效果上明顯優於命令式與互惠式,因此建議教師在實施球類教學時可以使用此教學形式來增進學生之學習效果。

Purpose: to compare the learning effects of different Mosston's teaching styles, command, practice, and reciprocal, on softball tossing accuracy in college students from the Asia University who took selective softball activity classes 2005. Method: forty-five students were randomly assigned into three groups with different teaching styles. Tossing accuracy was measured before and after a 10-week course in each group. A pair-t test and one-way ANOVA were employed to analyze the difference of learning effects before and after the class. Results: after 10 weeks, there was a significant difference between different groups in tossing accuracy performance, which implied that learning effect differs in command, practice, and reciprocal teaching style. In addition, practice style was significantly better than the two other teaching styles in term of teaching effect on softball tossing accuracy in college students. Conclusion: practice style in softball tossing accuracy has better learning effects for students as teaching style is concerned, which is recommended for softball teaching strategy for physical education teachers.
