摘要

目的：探討男子與女子手球比賽攻守技術之差異。方法：依據北京2008年奧運會手球賽官方的攻守紀錄，進行球員基本資料的描述，再以卡方考驗分析比較兩者之間攻守技術的差異與關連性，及以多元迴歸分析的C(P)法和R^2法分別找出影響男、女子比賽的關鍵攻守技術，進行兩者之間的比較。結果：不同攻擊位置的射門技術女子與男子都有相同的結果，射門成功率有側翼射門與9M射門達顯著差異，另在攻擊失誤與截球也有顯著差異，女子與男子手球攻守技術的迴歸模式均達顯著效果，且具有良好的評估品質，兩者之間有6項關鍵技術相同。結論：現今國際手球運動正朝向快速與強力的攻守模式發展，女子與男子攻守技術沒有很大的差異，亦即女子手球與男子手球的比賽技術與戰術趨近一致。

Purposes: This study aims at comparing the differences between men's and women's handball attack and defense skills. Method: The information of players under discussion was first noted down according to the official attack-defense records kept by the handball competitions administration at Beijing 2008 Olympics Games. Then, χ^2 test was used to analyze and compare the differences and association between men's and women's attack and defense skills. By using Mallow's C(p) and R-square methods, key attack and defense skills to men's and women's handball competitions were found out respectively, and comparisons between the two were conducted. Result: In terms of shooting skills, despite various attack positions, men and women players brought about the same results. However, with wing shots and 9M shots, the success rates varied in a great deal. In addition, there existed a discrepancy between the rates of misses and interceptions in men's and women's handball games, too. Finally, according to Mallow's C(p) model, both men's and women's handball attack and defense skills created positive results, and 6 of their key skills were the same. Conclusion: currently, international handball games are developing towards a fast and strong attack-defense model. There are no great differences between women's and men's attack and defense skills. In other words, the skills and strategies of women's handball games are becoming more similar to those of men's.
