固定式與活動式橢圓機踏板對下肢運動軌跡之影響

The Effectness of Fixed and Movable Pedal on the Track of Lower Extremity in the Elliptical Trainer

摘要


橢圓機(elliptical trainer)或橢圓交叉訓練機(elliptical cross-trainer)是健身俱樂部常見的心肺適能訓練器材,傳統橢圓機踏板上的設計是固定在連桿上,可活動的踏板設計是鉑泰公司的專利產品,可活動式踏板之橢圓機使用時使用者下肢運動軌跡是否與傳統固定式有差異存在值得探討。目的:本研究以二維動作攝影分析,比較固定式及活動式踏板橢圓機,在相同負荷(65watts)下肢運動軌跡差異。方法:受試者為10位健康男性大學生(年齡24.50±2.01歲、身高174.50±3.68公分、體重73.82±9.54公斤),依據平衡次序原則以60 rpm的踩踏頻率,分別進行固定式及活動式踏板運動各二次,並拍攝65 watts時下肢運動影像,利用Kwon 3D動作分析軟體進行下肢運動軌跡之分析。統計分析使用相依樣本t檢定,比較固定式與活動式踏板間膝關節及踝關節角度及角速度變化量情形。結果:活動式橢圓機踏板在踝關節角度均比固定式橢圓機踏板大,下肢活動軌跡僅在膝關節活動角度變化上,固定式踏板(55.31±5.01度)顯著大於活動式踏板(52.49±3.77度)的現象。結論:活動式橢圓機踏板比固定式踏板在相同負荷(65 watts)下可減少膝關節活動量。

Purposes: This study was to compare the track of lower extremity with fixed and movable pedal in the elliptical trainer at the same workload (65watts) by 2D motion analysis. According to the balance order principle, ten healthy male university students (age 24.50±2.01 years, height 174.50±3.68cm, weight 73.82±9.54 kg) were proceeded with 60rpm strides twice separately with the fixed and movable pedal in the elliptical trainer, and capturing the motion of lower extremity in 65 watts were analyzed by Kwon 3D. Paired-samples t-test (repeated measure design) was used to find the differences between fixed and movable pedal. Results: The knee and ankle degree in the movable pedal was bigger than fixed pedal. In the motion of lower extremity, only the angle change in knee in the fixed pedal (55.31±5.01 degree) is significantly larger than which in the movable pedal (52.49±3.77 degree). Conclusion: Comparing to fixed pedal elliptical trainer, movable pedal elliptical trainer decreases the angle change in knee more than fixed pedal in the elliptical trainer.
