身體活動與認知功能間之正向關聯已過去文獻較大量之支持,而研究亦以朝向特定認知功能之類別進行進一步探討。本研究聚焦於健身運動與創造力此認知類別,並就三個方面進行回顧,包括創造力之意涵與量測、創造力與認知功能及其腦區之關聯,以及由慢性與急性健身運動角度回顧過去相關創造力之文獻。經回顧後發現創造力與額頂葉、前額葉、大腦皮層以及梭形腦回等部分腦區有所關聯。此外,不論是經由慢性或急性健身運動之介入對創造力皆可能有正面之效益。本回顧並就目前研究現況為未來該議題可能探究之方向提出建議,期使後續研究者對該議題之後續探討提供依據,以建立該議題更全面性的理解。
The positive association between physical activity and cognitive function has been evidenced and studies have been further focused on specific type of cognitive function. The purpose of this study is to review the studies related to exercise and creativity type of cognitive function. The review is consisted of three main sections including meaning and measurements of creativity, relationship between creativity and brain, as well as the effects of chronic and acute exercise on creativity. The review found that creativity may be related to specific brain regions such as fronto-parietal, prefrontal, cerebral cortex, and fusiform gyrus. Moreover, exercise intervention may benefit creativity regardless of chronic or acute exercise paradigm. Some directions are suggested for subsequent studies in order to establish advance knowledge of this issue.
