目的:探討運動訓練與田七增補對延緩小鼠運動疲勞之影響。方法:8週大的ICR品系雄性小鼠為實驗對象,依體重分配至控制組、運動組、增補組及運動增補組,每組10隻。實驗期間四週,每週增補及訓練天數為5天,於增補後30分鐘進行運動訓練。實驗前3天(pre-test)及四週實驗後隔天(post-test)進行運動測試,並採集眼窩血;在運動測試後休息三天再進行力竭運動測試,於力竭運動後一天犧牲老鼠。數據以平均數±標準差呈現,以混合設計二因子變異數分析及單因子變異數分析進行統計考驗,顯著水準訂為α = .05。結果:一、增補組、運動組及運動增補組的血乳酸濃度在訓練後低於訓練前;訓練後的增補組、運動組及運動增補組低於控制組;二、運動增補組的血氨濃度在訓練後低於訓練前;訓練後的運動增補組低於控制組及增補組;三、運動增補組在訓練後的肌酸激酶低於訓練前;訓練後的運動增補組低於控制組與增補組;運動組低於控制組;四、增補組及運動增補組肝醣濃度高於控制組及運動組;五、運動增補組的力竭跑步時間高於其餘三組。結論:四週運動訓練結合田七增補,可增加醣類貯存量,提升耐力運動表現,降低運動後代謝產物堆積,及減少肌肉損傷程度;故運動訓練結合田七增補具有抗疲勞之效果。
Purpose: To investigate the effect of exercise training and Panax Notoginseng supplement on delaying exercise fatigue in mice. Methods: 40 male ICR mice were randomly divided into four groups: control group (C), supplement group (SUP), exercise group (E), exercise and supplement group (EX+SUP). Blood is collected immediately after exercise test from eye socket. Data was analyzed by mixed design ANOVA. Statistics significance was set at α = .05. Results: (1) The blood lactate concentration of the supplement group, the exercise group and the exercise mixed supplement group was significantly lower than that before training. After training, supplement group, exercise group and exercise mixed supplement group were significantly lower than control group. (2) The concentration of blood ammonia in the exercise mixed supplement group was significantly lower than that before training. After training, the exercise mixed supplement group were significantly lower than control group and supplement group. (3) The blood creatine kinase of the exercise group was significantly lower than that before training. After training, exercise mixed supplement group was significantly lower than that control group and supplement group. Exercise group lower than that control group. (4) The concentration of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen in the supplement group and exercise mixed supplement group was significantly higher than that control group and exercise group. (5) Exhaustive running time in the exercise mixed supplement group was significantly higher than the other groups. Conclusions: It is confirmed that exercise training combined with Panax Notoginseng supplement can improve sugar storage capacity, enhance endurance exercise performance, reduce the accumulation of metabolites after exercise, and reduce the degree of muscle damage; so exercise combined with Panax Notoginseng supplement with anti-fatigue effect.
