不同籃框高度與技能水準對學童投籃技能表現之影響

A Study of the Shooting Performance About Different Basketball Hoop Heights and Skill Standards for Elementary School Students

摘要


目的:本研究主要在探討不同籃框高度(2.60 m與3.05 m)是否會造成校隊與一般學童投籃技能表現的影響。方法:研究對象為校隊及一般男性學童各30人,系統隨機分為四組(校隊高籃框、校隊低籃框、一般高籃框、一般低籃框),以八節課的投籃教學介入,以t考驗及變異數分析,並透過教學內容的操作後,檢視不同技能水準在籃框高度投籃表現及不同組別的差異情形。結果:發現不同籃框高度對國小學童投籃前、後測之投籃技能表現達顯著差異,顯示投籃實驗教學課程設計具有良好學習成效。其次,在不同技能水準對籃框高低的效應上,校隊組優於一般組;低籃框優於高籃框。另外不同技能水準的準確度中,一般高籃框組的準確度顯著低於其他三組,顯示工作難度造成的影響。結論:籃框高度的增加,對於高技能水準的學童並不會產生影響,但會影響一般學生的技能表現,建議未來在國小籃球教學時,還是適宜使用低籃框以達到較佳的學習成效。

Purpose: This study will discuss deeply whether the different heights of basketball hoop (2.60 m and 3.05 m) actually affect the shooting performance in basketball team students and normal students. Methods: The study includes 30 students from male basketball team students and 30 normal male students. Thus a total of 60 elementary students are subjects. They will be randomly divided into four groups (basketball team students-high basketball hoop, basketball team students-low basketball hoop, normal students-high basketball hoop, and normal students-low basketball hoop) and their shooting performance will be evaluated by t-test and analysis of variance after eight periods of instruction of basketball shooting. Results: First, there are significant differences in the pre- and post-test shooting performance of elementary school children at different basketball hoop heights; it shows that the instruction of basketball shooting has good learning results. The shooting performance of basketball team students is better than normal students, and the students using the low basketball hoop have better shooting performance than the students using the high basketball hoop. Second, the shooting performance of basketball team students did not reach a significant difference in their high and low basketball hoops after the instruction of basketball shooting; it shows that the change in the basketball hoop heights did not affect the basketball team level players, but the normal students' shooting performance reached a significant difference, which was the increase in the basketball hoop heights is detrimental to the learning of shooting skills. Conclusion: It is recommended to use a low basketball hoop in basketball teaching for elementary school students in the future to achieve better learning results.
