Purpose: The research was intended to discuss the relationship between sports health promotion behaviors of college students and psychological happiness of sports. Methods: The research was conducted by questionnaires through convenience sampling on students who played sports in basketball court, gym, and tennis court of Tajen University from May 1 to May 15, 2022. Three hundred questionnaires were distributed in total. Twenty-three of them were invalid due to the incomplete filling and the rest 287 were valid, with an effective rate of 95.67%. Sample data from the collected questionnaires were analyzed through descriptive statistics method by using SPSS 21.0 and then the convergent validity, discriminant validity, fitness as well as hypothesis of the model with regard to the relationship between sports health promotion behaviors of college students and psychological happiness of sports were analyzed with the statistical software Smart PLS 3 by using the partial least squares. Results: The results of this research indicated good convergent validity, discriminant validity, and fitness for the model, and the main participants were boys of grade three in the college department. In addition, sports health promotion behaviors had significant impacts on psychological happiness of sports (path coefficient .60, p < .05) and conversely, psychological happiness of sports could explain that from moderate to high level (R^2 = .36). Conclusions: Based on these results, some suggestions on improving college students' sports health promotion behaviors were proposed as references for sports promotion organizations and future relevant research.
