探討家長涉入團隊運作與親師溝通之關係:以排球運動為例

The Relationship Between Parental Involvement in Team Operations and Parent-Coach Communication: An Example of Volleyball Sport

摘要


本研究主要的目的探討家長涉入運動團隊運作與教練之間溝通關係,以及可因應策略。因此,本文以文獻探討方法加以闡述,首先說明涉入的意涵及其家長涉入之行為。其次,善用親師(教練)溝通論點,期望最終能獲得以學生運動員的教育價值為目的,達成親師雙方取得認知、共識及雙贏局面,共同培育學生排球運動人才。最後,提供家長知道讓孩子有機會參加體育運動,有助於孩子培養具備成年後所需的基本技能和行為,同時也讓家長瞭解並體諒教練訓練之處境,協助教練提升自我成長之效能,帶領球隊永續經營。

This study explores the relationship between parental involvement in team operations, communication with coaches, and the application strategies in volleyball. The literature review was used as the research method. Firstly, to illustrate the definition and behaviours of parental involvement. Secondly, by utilising communication theories between parents and coaches, the study aims to achieve a win-win situation for both parties in nurturing volleyball talents while prioritising the educational value for student-athletes. Lastly, the study suggests that parents provide opportunities for their children to participate in volleyball team works, which can help them develop the necessary skills and behaviours for adulthood and make parents understand and appreciate the coaching process, helping coaches self-improve the effectiveness of their skills in leading sustainable team operations.
