數位式行車紀錄器於公路客運之功能組合研究

A Study on Function Combination of Applying Digital Tachograph in Highway Bus

摘要


本文旨在規劃符合公路客運業者營運管理需求之數位式行車紀錄器功能組合,以供客運業者及系統開發者參考。研究方法首先透過文獻及客運業者訪談,瞭解業者營運管理課題及管理需求目標後,據此規劃數位式行車紀錄器功能,接著運用分析階層程序法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)與專家評點法(expert evaluation)分析各功能之優先性,以做為建構模組方案依據,本研究在規劃不同功能模組方案後,利用質化與量化多準則評估法(multicriteria evaluation with qualitative and quantitative data, MEQQD),評選最佳功能模組方案,以求得最佳功能之組合。本研究之結果,將可供客運業者及數位式行車紀錄器業者參考,做為未來數位式行車紀錄器新功能之開發依據,並期望藉此增加行車紀錄器在管理應用上之價值,提高客運業者使用之意願。

The study's substance is plan cohere with highway bus service providers demand's function combinations of digital tachograph. The findings can providing referral of highway bus service providers and digital tachograph manufacturers. The study aimed to understand the management issues and demands of highway bus service providers through literature review and interview, and plan functions for the digital tachograph. Then AHP (analytic hierarchy process) and expert evaluation were applied to analyze the priority of functions to serve as the basis for the construction of the module. After planning the scheme modules of various functions, this study applied the MEQQD (multicriteria evaluation with qualitative and quantitative data) to assess and select the best scheme as the optimized function combination. The findings will can providing referral of highway bus service providers and digital tachograph manufacturers, become base for develop new function of digital tachograph and expectancy advancement management value of digital tachograph, and advancement use willing to digital tachograph of highway bus service providers.
