M-learning與員工工作壓力關係之研究:系統動態學之觀點

A Study of M-learning and Work Stress: System Dynamics Perspective

摘要


本研究是透過系統動態學的思考方式與建模過程,探討行動學習與壽險公司員工工作壓力的關係。首先運用ithink軟體,建構系統動態模型,然後進行系統行為分析與系統效度分析,最後運用行動學習的相關因子為政策工具,進行政策設計與系統模擬。研究結果顯示:提高M-learning員工接受比率與壽險公司員工工作壓力的關係,呈現反向變動;提升M-learning人際互動比率與壽險公司員工工作壓力的關係,呈現反向變動;增加商品創新比率與壽險公司員工工作壓力的關係,呈現反向變動。

This research used system dynamic to explore M-learning and the employee work stress of the life insurance company. First, making use of ithink software, constructing the system dynamic model, then carrying on the system behavior analysis and the system validity analysis, finally, making use of related factor of M-learning for the policy tool, carrying on the policy design and the system emulation. The results are as follows: The two variables of increasing the M-learning employee acceptance rate and the employee work stress of the life insurance company are moving toward the reverse direction. The two variables of raising the M-learning interpersonal interaction rate and the employee work stress of the life insurance company are moving toward the reverse direction. The two variables of raising the product innovation rate and the employee work stress of the life insurance company are moving toward the reverse direction.
