摘要

感覺器官是我們最感性、也最現實的重要器官。我們常說的五感官係指視、聽、味、嗅、觸覺，五感官豐富我們的生命，滿足生活所需的介面，但也會因為經年耗損而慢慢地功能不彰。感官系統的自然退化，可以當作人體器官退化的一個參考模式，所以，了解每一個感官系統的變化，也許可以把人和環境作成一個連結，去推測如何改善環境互動的因素。感官功能一但退化，其和週遭環境互動的模式會一直進行、改變。所以，瞭解五感官老化所造成的行為改變，可以讓我們知道何種退化會增加老年人的調適需求。本文針對老年人感官功能退化的行為表現做一探討，提醒我們面對老年人時，應有相對的技巧去相處，更應以正向的評估態度去面對身邊老年人的健康情形。

This paper describes a system of sensory for the functional decline of the old age. The purpose of the study was to identify the status of sensory decline in behavioral change. The main emphasis is placed on the treat of elderly person. Keep abreast of degeneration behavior in sensory organ, it useful for us to makedetermination of treatment in elderly person among people, but, a didactic manner is included verbal and non-verbal、person-environment and relationship skill. ”Age” was not the only outcome of decline in physical function among elderly. This article assume of capability which in develop effective intervention to postpone decline in sensory functional change, and give to relevance territory a reference of construction.
