類固醇對糖尿病病患血糖控制的影響

摘要

糖尿病，血糖的控制是非常重要，藥物治療能夠改善疾病，但也有可能惡化疾病。長者的疾病眾多，用藥也隨之複雜。長者患有全身性紅斑性狼瘡(Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, SLE)，使用類固醇來治療此病，類固醇會影響血糖的調控。此個案的研究就是探討類固醇對糖尿病病患，血糖控制的影響。這是一個臨床案例的研究，簡單的檢測病人的飯前血糖（早上起床的空腹血糖）、如飯後血糖（飯後兩小時後的空腹血糖），並且作統計學的分析檢定，來檢定實驗數值，是否有臨床上的意義。結果顯示prednisolone是會明顯的影響糖尿病病患的血糖控制，且具有統計學上的意義。

Diabetes mellitus which controls blood glucose concentration is very important. Pharmacotherapy is able to improve symptoms, and it can worsen disease. Patient's diseases are complex, and treatment which uses drugs is more complicated. This case suffer from SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus).Therefore, using steroid to treat SLE, but steroid may have an great influence on blood glucose concentration on patient with diabetes mellitus. This case will research and discuss steroid how to affect control of blood glucose concentration and degree of blood glucose concentration. This was a clinical research which looked over and record simply blood glucose concentration after and before meal; using student's t-test analyze this clinical data. This study indicated that prednisolone had a great influence on blood glucose concentration on patient with diabetes mellitus statistically.
