專科長照實習融入「傳承藝術」團體活動之教案

"Legacy Art Work" in a Long-Term Care Nursing Practicum for Undergraduates at a Technical College

摘要


專科生的長照實習課程中,常以「工作常規」為教學活動之主軸,缺乏多元之課程設計,因而影響學習者主動學習之意願。故本文分享筆者所設計之臨床實習教案,期望本教案能做為臨床老師教學策略設計之參考,以增進臨床實習課程 之獨特性及多元性,本教案目的為提升其學習動機,進而達到護理核心素養之實習目標。經由每梯次9-10位學習者,結合經驗學習與藝術創作團體活動,一週1-2次,一次2小時,為期一個月之實習時程,進行豐富且多元之教學活動,透過具體實作經驗,不斷的反思與觀察,討論與評值分析,進而獲得新知能,且增進學習者主動學習之動機和達成個人實習目標。教案成果顯示,學習者能以主動與積極態度面對臨床實習,增進其溝通合作、關懷及尊重生命、終身學習、創新思維之護理核心素養能力。

In the long-term care nursing practicum for undergraduates at a technical college, "routine work" becomes the theme activity of such teaching plan, and thus affects the willingness of active learning among participants due to the lack of diversity. This study describes a clinical practicum designed by the authors, which intends to promote learning motivations and subsequently achieves the goal of clinical practice such as accomplishing core quality of nursing. A group of nine to ten undergraduates participated in a clinical practicum comprising group activities such as experience learning, "Legacy Art Work" as well as rich and diverse teaching plans 2 hours/time, 1-2 times/week for a month. The goal of this practicum is to acquire new knowledge and skills, facilitate motivations of active learning, and accomplish personal goal of practice through substantial participation, continuous reflection and observation, and analytical discussion and assessment. The results of this study showed that by applying such teaching program, participants were able to cultivate their core nursing skills such as performing their clinical practice with active and positive attitudes, improving their skills of communication, learning to care and respect lives, implementing lifelong learning, and practicing innovative thinking. Hopefully by increasing the novelty and diversity of this teaching practicum, it can be the reference strategy for future clinical practitioners.
