摘要

崩漏或經漏的形成，概括了各種子宮出血病，如功能性子宮出血、流產、產後、盆腔炎和生殖系統腫瘤、癌腫等引起的子宮出血，都屬於崩漏或經漏的範園，故經漏現象在臨床醫師執行門診業務時屬於常見疾患；此外，在台灣地區由於全民健保普及率極高，故門診中醫師多採用有健保給付的科學中藥粉劑為病人治療。
因此，本文報告一經漏的病例，其採用門診常見的科學中藥粉劑進行治療，並且追蹤三診，紀錄其療效，同時依照臟腑病機四大要素進行理法方蔡的探討，提供臨床中醫師及其他臨床或研究人員參考。

The formation of uterine bleeding or leaking including kinds of womb bleeding diseases, such as dysfunctional uterine bleeding, miscarriage, postpartum hemorrhage, pelvic inf1ammatory disease, and reproductive system tumor.
Therefore, metrorhagia is one of the most common disease that a clinician will encounter when he carry out outpatient services. Owing to the extremely high popular rate of health insurance in Taiwan, most traditional Chinese doctors use powder that named as scientific traditional Chinese medicine to treat for patients. This is all because the health insurance bureau only pay for poeder.
Accordingly, we use powder, the most common form of Chinese medicine, to treat for the patient in this case. We followed up three outpatient services, and recorded the curative effect. Simultaneously, we discussed the logic, the treatment principle, and the medicine according to the four main pathogenic factors of internal organs. We hope that our case report could be a reference for clinical traditional Chinese doctors and other researchers.
