淺談腦中風的中醫治療與護理

摘要

研究背景：冬天是腦中風好發季節，根據衛生署統計，民國98年因腦血管疾病所導致之死亡人數，排行台灣十大死因第三位，僅次於惡性腫瘤與心臟疾病，因腦中風而造成的殘障者更是死亡者的數倍。研究目的：由於醫療的進步，腦中風的死亡率有緩慢下降，但腦中風的發生率並沒有隨之下降，而且發生小中風的機率更是有上升的趨勢，大多數中風病人需要長期照護，成為家庭和社會的沉重金錢與精神負擔，所以腦中風是國人在衛生保健上須注意的重要課題，中風的治療因人而異，融合傳統與現代的治療經驗，借由各醫療人員的團隊合作，對於腦中風病人應可提供最完整的治療方式。研究方法：用中醫辨證分型與針灸、推拿、除痰通絡等，在合適的時間點介入治療。結果：中醫與針灸治療效果具有良好的效果，這和各國發表論文的結果吻合，也就是說，病患可以藉由經絡調節、陰陽平衡、氣血調理等，融合傳統與現代的治療經驗，借由各醫療人員的團隊合作，來改善神經缺損。

Background: Winter is the season especially for stroke. According to the statistics of the department of health, the death rate of the cerebro-vascular disease in 2009 ranks the third among the 10 tops of Taiwan, just inferior to the malignant tumor and heart disease. The handicapped caused by the stroke are more times the dead. Research purpose: According to the development of the medicine, the death rate of stroke slowly gets down but the occurrence rate of stroke doesn't, instead, the occurrence rate of T.I.A. gets up. Most stroke patients need long term care which becomes a burden on the money and spirit for the family and society so it is an important lesson in the medical care. Research method: Using the Chinese medicine and acupuncture in the treatment at the right time. Result: The Chinese medicine has good effect on the stroke.
