摘要

便秘雖是小問題但卻常常困擾著許多人；它是婦科病人最常見的問題之一，約占一般婦科門診的10~15%。所謂便秘是指大便質地變硬而造成解便困難甚至造成肛裂而疼痛流血；一般而言此類病人經常數日解一次大便。有許多中藥具有通便的效果，且可減少相關的副作用。

Although constipation is a small problem but often plagued many people; it is one of the most common gynecological problems in patients , accounting for about 10-15% of general gynecology clinic. Constipation refers to the so-called hard stool texture caused by the solution will be difficult and painful and even cause anal fissure bleeding; general solution of such patients often several days a stool. Many Chinese have a laxative effect and can reduce the side effects associated.
