骨肉瘤相關傷口癒合困難之中醫治療病例

Successful Treatment in Osteosarcoma and Hard-to-heal Wound by Chinese Medicine Compound- a Case Report

摘要

本文所討論之患者為一位曾擔任油漆工現已退休之62歲男性，右下肢傷口反覆久不癒合已近一年，因其有骨肉瘤經開刀及術後放化療，且伴隨多種複雜因素如糖尿病、感染、血液循環不良、貧血、免疫功能低下的情形，加上病人本身營養狀況不良。初診時可見大腿小腿內側多處傷口潰爛，部分結痂，邊緣附有些許化膿，併有組織液滲出，舌淡紅，舌體有瘀，苔白邊緣有齒痕，脈細數，關滑，尺沉無力，後服用補中益氣湯與散腫潰堅湯加減後明顯改善其癒合情形。在癌症患者治療上，提升患者生活品質及改善症狀減緩不適，都是中醫的優勢。

This is a 62-year-old man with history of type 2 diabetes mellitus and osteosarcoma, status post operation, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. He has been suffered from right lower extremity several wounds healing difficulty nearly a year, and accompanied by a variety of complex factors such as infection, poor circulation, poor nutrition, anemia, and immune dysfunction. We can see multiple wounds with ulceratation, suppuration and some fluid leakage over his right thigh and calf at first. The prescription is based on Buzhongyiqitang and San Zhong Kui Jian Tang. In our case, after taking the medicine, we can see the wound improved significantly. In the treatment of cancer patients, enhance the quality of life and relieve patient’s discomfort are the advantages of Chinese medicine.
