外敷方治療皮膚疾患病例報告

中醫常見的治療方式，可簡單分為內治法與外治法。內治法透過服用科學中藥或湯劑，在人體內產生化學作用;外治法透過體外的針灸、傷科手法或外敷中醫外科藥品理性刺激，兩者均藉由調整人體失衡的功能或結構，達到治療的效果。本案例76 歲女性，在其左手手部第四指贅生物經皮膚科診治後，始終無法痊癒，尋求中醫協助。在患者沒有服用方藥的情形下，純以科學中藥粉劑: 黃連解毒湯，搭配大黃、當歸、川芎、茯苓、牡丹皮、菊花等藥物，使之清熱解毒、活血理氣，達到治療的效果。內服藥亦可外用，在這樣的原則下，拓展了中醫治療思路。在現今門診常見的皮膚料疾患，以中藥外敷可視為一種實用的處置方式。

There are two treatment methods in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) health care systems: one is internal method (such as taking decoctions), and the other one is external method (including acupuncture, traumatology, and using the TCM powders for external). These two types can be used for one illness at the same time or not. In this case, we take a dermatological illness as an example to demonstrate how TCM external treatment in work. In this case, a 76-year-old woman who complained about painful feelings after dermatological specialist treating her vegetation at left ring finger. She wanted choosing TCM for alternative way. After medical history taking, physical examination and conducting other diagnosis on her, we used concentrated herbal extracts including antidotal decoction of coptis and other six different herbs (Angelica sinensis, Chrysanthemum morifolium, Ligusticum striatum, Paeonia suffruticosa, Rheum officinale, and Wolfiporia extensa) for external treatment, three days later she showed a good final outcome, which is no more complication appeared after the follow-up checking. Nowadays few physicians prescribe the concentrated herbal extracts for dermatological disease, thus, we reporting this case.
