痤瘡辨證論治的中醫文獻探討

摘要

目的：本研究主要探討痤瘡的中醫辨證與治療。方法：探討近22年（1994-2018年）中國醫學期刊網相關文獻關於整理痤瘡發生、發展的相關因素，了解痤瘡患者近年來發病的情況、用藥和常見的證型加以整理。結果：痤瘡常見的中醫證型出現頻率高的前四種，分別是：肺經風熱證、脾胃濕熱證、衝任失調證、痰瘀互結證，其中最常見的證侯以肺經風熱證出現11次為最多。結論：肺經風熱證、濕熱蘊結證、衝任不調證、痰瘀凝結證等4型，此4種證型較好涵蓋了痤瘡的證型，系統簡潔，易於掌握，有利於痤瘡在臨床上的中醫辨證論治。

Purpose: The article waspreliminary discussed acne under the Tradition ChineseMedicine diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition. Method: We were exploredthe relevantfactors of the occurrence and development of acne in the literature of China Medical Journal Network for nearly 22 years(1994-2018), in order to understand the incidence of acne patients and on the medication and common syndromes in recent years,Results: The first four types of common symptoms of acne are respectively: wind-heat syndrome, spleen and stomach dampness syndrome, chongrendisregulation syndrome and intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. Among them, the most common syndrome is wind-heat syndrome whichis appeared 11 times in the literature.Conclusion: These four types of syndromes: wind-heat syndrome, spleen and stomach dampness syndrome, chongrendis regulation syndrome and intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome which are better cover the all syndromes of acne. These four types are simple systems and easy to grasp which areconducive to the Traditional Chinese Medical identify patterns and determine treatment in clinical acne.
