Golfer's elbow is tendinosis of the medial epicondyle resulting from excessive fatigue or abruptly inappropriate hauling force on flexors and their tendons. The pathophysiology lies mainly in the imbalance between muscle spindles and Golgi tendon organs, unable to regulate the muscle tone and protect muscles automatically, leading to spontaneous pain, tenderness, and feeling pain when the subject pronated, supinated related muscles. Furthermore, the subject often complained of weak grasping force or incapable of working due to the feeling of pain. We presented a case of a 58 years old female suffering from a long-term tightness and soreness on the left ulnar side of epicondyle. We described the pathophysiology and the efficacy of using traumatology manipulation, acupuncture, and herbs to provide a useful reference for clinical doctors.
